Roy A. Koletsky
Garry Whiter was born in Brooklyn, New York, on April 2, 1963. Mr. Whiter received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis. He received his Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of La Verne, where he earned five American Jurisprudence Awards and was on the Law Review. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California. Mr. Whiter focuses his practice in the area of construction defect litigation.
